Standard Rate: $790 per hour. A discounted "start up" rate of $650 per hour may be extended for early-stage startup companies and individuals. The Standard Rate applies for all clients with respect to M&A deals, complex restructuring and similar complex transactions.

Corporate Formation Packages. We offer a range of fixed-fee corporate formation packages with a varying mix of cash and equity designed to suit your individual needs. We also consider fixed-fee packages for legal projects where there is high-degree of certainty of the legal work involved.
